In recent years, our city vigorously advances the deep integration of digital economy and real economy, and constantly strengthen and improve digital industry ecology. In 2023, the added value of the city’s core industries of digital economy reached 63.627 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.44%. In order to further size up the situation of talent demand for upstream and downstream of the industrial chain of digital economy, and release Nanchang’s demand for talents in digital economy industry, after comprehensive investigation, model calculation, and expert argumentation, the Talent Office of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee and Nanchang City Development and Reform Commission focus on 13 tracks of digital economy industry and issues the Catalogue of Urgently-needed Personnel in Key Fields of Digital Economy.

It was learned that the “Catalogue” focuses on mobile intelligent terminal, semiconductor lighting, electronic components, VR, intelligent connected vehicles, digital culture and creative, intelligent agriculture, and other main tracks, adopts the forms like questionnaire survey, concentrated discussion, etc., comprehensively knows about the talent demands of more than 500 enterprises, and extracts the valid recruitment information and job posting information of the third-party recruitment agencies’ database in digital economy industry in Nanchang recently, so as to strengthen the integrity and representativeness of the contents released. Besides, in order to ensure the scientificity and preciseness of the “Catalogue”, people making the Catalogue compared, analyzed, chose and classified the positions of talents in short supply, solicited the opinions and suggestions of relevant units and technicians, and invited industry experts for argumentation.
