From January to June, the city’s general public budget expenditure achieved 42.86 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 2.9%, among which the expenditures for key fields were 4.1% higher than that in the same period of last year, and the expenditures for culture, tourism, sports and media, energy conservation and environmental protection, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, and education all maintained two-digit growth.

Since this year, our city makes good use of policies for special funds, government procurement, inclusive finance, and etc. To continue to inject vigor to industry and project construction. From January to June, our city obtained upper departments fiscal funds of 19.07 billion yuan in total to build key projects, expand enterprises’ investment scale, accelerate technical transformation, and speed up the construction of 5G smart factories and the development of industrial clusters, and gave active play to the effectiveness of government funds.
