On July 3, it was learned by the reporter that in order to comprehensively analyze current situation of energy and development tendency, and improve the quality and level of research planning, our city decides to conduct open selection of undertaking unit for the “Research on Energy Security in Nanchang City during the 15th Five-Year Plan Period. The selection will last until July 14 (subject to the date of postmark).

It was learned that the research mainly lies on analysis of our city’s current situation of energy, involving energy resources, energy consumption structure, energy supply system, etc.; analysis of our city’s energy security, involving energy supply guarantee, energy structure adjustment, energy consumption efficiency, etc.; as well as proposal of countermeasures for our city’s energy security during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, involving diversified energy supply, developing clean energy, improving energy utilization efficiency, strengthening policy support, guiding energy development direction, etc.

Nanchang City Development and Reform Commission will verify the application for the research subject and select the best according to procedures. After determined, the result will be released on the official website. The fund for the subject is no more than 150 thousand yuan. The duration for the subject implementation is expected to be 5 months, no later than the end of December. The undertaking unit shall follow the requirements to organize project proposal, mid-term review and final-term conclusion, and finish the research tasks as scheduled.
